SHIPPING & HANDLING

At Teeny Bumps, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

SEPARATE PARCELS

We have warehouses in UK, China and the US, so a large assortment of products are not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately and you will receive tracking numbers for each parcel. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change.

PROSESSING

It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, systemically the processing of the order starts almost immediately but in some circumstances, we may be able to cancel your order. 

The best way to get your issue resolved is to email us using our contact us form and request that your order be cancelled.

You will receive an email confirmation if we have been successful in cancelling your order. If not, please follow our returns procedures for unwanted items.

Please note we CANNOT cancel an order that has already been shipped.

CUSTOM CHARGES

Please note, any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries.
